We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
It is our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit only returns and exchanges on certain conditions within 14 business days of receiving the package. Request is permitted only on a Size exchange, wrong product received or damaged product received and no other request will be entertained.
We do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders.
In case of exchanges, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as a voucher code. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

Yes, we try and ship all the items together. In case, a single order has too many voluminous items, we may ship in multiple shipments in order to ensure that the product is safe and handled with care - and therefore, gets to you in time.

No, there is no minimum value for international shipments
For India there are no additional shipping fees or Duty.
For other countries international order you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be at actual.
