How can I change/cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at +66 29496343 from Monday to Friday between 9 AM- 4 PM. You may also send an email on customercare@intrika.com

Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

How can I check the status of my order?

After placing an order, you can view your order status by clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top-right corner of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order with ease.

Why is my order still processing?

This may be due to a time lag between systems. Your order will be on its way in the time-frame promised. If however you would still like to check with us, please feel free to email us at customercare@intrika.com or call us at +66 29496343

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

RETURNS

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

It is our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit only returns and exchanges on certain conditions within 14 business days of receiving the package. Request is permitted only on a Size exchange, wrong product received or damaged product received and no other request will be entertained.

International Returns

We do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders.

Will my money be refunded or will I get a credit voucher?

In case of exchanges, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as a voucher code. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

What is the process to return a product?
  1. You need to inform us by email within 2 business days of receiving the parcel on customercare@intrika.com or call us on +66 29496343.If we are not informed within 2 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.
  2. Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return
  3. Please seal the package properly and mail us all the details our customer care team will revert with next step.
  4. Our courier partner will come to pick the parcel from the address at the time of shipping.
  5. Once we receive the products it will take 24-48 working hours for us to do a quality check and then we will call you or email you for an exchange.
My order arrived incomplete/incorrect/damaged or defective. I want to have it fixed/return it.

If you have received a damaged item or defective piece or the wrong product, you will need to get in touch with us within 24-72 hours of receiving the parcel by sending us an email on customercare@intrika.com along with images of your order and we will get in touch with you in 24-48 working hours and arrange a replacement on priority.

What are the charges for shipping to India?

Shipping is free to India.

How long until my order ships?

We dispatch products from Monday to Saturday. Once you place the order, we will aim to dispatch the order in 2-3 working days. In case of delay, you will be informed of the same by the Customer care team.

For urgent requests please get in touch with our customer service and we will try to help as best as we can.

In case the parcel needs to be delivered internationally; it will take 10-12 working days basis custom clearances.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?

Yes, we try and ship all the items together. In case, a single order has too many voluminous items, we may ship in multiple shipments in order to ensure that the product is safe and handled with care - and therefore, gets to you in time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

What shipping method do you use?

We use TNT as our preferred shipping partner for international shipments.

Is there a minimum order value to ship abroad?

No, there is no minimum value for international shipments

Are there ever any additional shipping fees?

For India there are no additional shipping fees or Duty.

For other countries international order you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be at actual. You will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time you accept the order. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

In certain cases there could be additional shipping and handling fees if the product is excessively voluminous or heavy or if it needs special care during transportation. Additionally, when ordering from www.intrika.com, you are considered an importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

You can register by clicking on the sign in/Register that appears on the homepage on our site. After which, you will get regular updates and can avail of all the services offered at www.intrika.com

How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?

Login to your account and select the 'Unsubscribe' feature. You can also click the 'Unsubscribe' tab present in our newsletters.

I forgot my password. Can you tell me what it is?

Select 'Forgot Password' while logging in and the system will send you a link using which you can reset your password.

How do I change my email address?

Once an email address has been registered with us, it cannot be deleted. But you can email us the ID that you used for registering on www.intrika.com and your new email address, and we will change the email address for your account.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes, you need an account to place an order. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account or login as a guest, which is a fairly easy process.
